I share knowledge and insights into stress and relaxation from the fields of psychology, yoga and mindfulness during sessions.  As well, I bring experience gained as a wellness educator with Canada’s largest employee assistance program.  I have taught in dozens of workshops and groups the principles and techniques of relaxation and reducing stress.
